Our First Aid for Seniors course equips caregivers, family members, and others supporting older adults with practical, hands-on skills to manage common age-related emergencies. The training focuses on scenarios most likely to occur, including falls, chronic conditions, and recognising signs of heart attack, stroke, or sudden illness, building confidence to respond calmly and effectively in critical moments.
There is no formal assessment as part of this course, but an opportunity is provided to practice practical skills.
