Assisting You to Attend Your Health and Medical Appointments
Need support getting to and from your health or medical appointments? St John QLD is here to help.
We can accompany you to a range of appointments, whether it’s visiting your GP, attending therapy, picking up medication from the pharmacy, getting a blood test, or receiving a vaccination.
You’ll be picked up from your home, supported throughout your appointment (including hospital visits), and brought safely back home when you’re ready. Our aim is to make the entire experience easier, more comfortable, and stress-free.
To access this service, you’ll need to register with St John QLD by calling 1300 785 646 or by receiving a referral through My Aged Care.
Accompanied Activities are subject to availability. This service is available in North Brisbane, Redcliffe Peninsula, Caboolture, Maryborough, Hervey Bay, and Bundaberg, operating Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
