St John Ambulance Queensland is currently updating its enrolment process.
When first booking your course online, please complete only the mandatory fields (indicated by a red *) in the electronic enrolment form - i.e. your name, contact details, date of birth, USI and your citizenship status. (Please note - St John Ambulance (Qld) is currently unable to train international students studying on a student visa).
After you have completed and paid for your booking online, you will receive a “Confirmation of Course Registration” email with a link to the new version of the enrolment form, which includes a new privacy declaration.
Please complete this enrolment form before attending the course. You will need to enter the above basic personal information again so please keep your USI handy.
We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for choosing St John Ambulance to do your training.
NEED A USI?
The Federal Government now requires all students to have a Unique Student Identifier (USI) to obtain a certificate or qualification when undertaking nationally recognised training course with St John Ambulance Australia.
If you have not yet obtained a USI, you can apply for it directly at www.usi.gov.au/create-your-USI/
