Resilience is the ability to cope in difficult and stressful situations by engaging your inner resources and support networks.

In this current environment, feelings of stress and anxiety are natural, especially when in isolation. However, we can help protect our mental health by learning strategies that build resilience.

This 1.5hr course will help participants recognise common reactions to stress, identify when to seek help, and provide them with strategies to build resilience while isolating from the current pandemic.

This course also gives an overview of recommended online mental health and government resources.

This course will mainly be offered through an online webinar format, however, by special arrangement, face-to-face delivery to small groups may be available (subject to social distancing measures).


This is a non-accredited course. On successful completion of this course, you will be issued a Certificate of Attendance.

Delivery options
