We undertake to despatch your order on the next business day *if the order is placed before 10:00am Sydney time.
We use TNT or their agents for deliveries throughout Australia. Goods will be delivered Monday to Friday. Deliveries can take between 5 to 10 working days due to TNT schedule. A signature will be required at delivery address when receiving goods.
Returned Goods and Claims Procedure
a)The following procedure in respect of returning goods and making claims in conjunction with any alleged breach of any express or implied term, condition or warranty of this contract is designed to facilitate prompt handling of customer claims and to enable both SJAQ and the customer to mitigate any loss which either may suffer as a result of the alleged breach, the customer shall notify SJAQ in writing within 7 days.
b)We do not refund for change of mind, however, At SJAQ’s discretion, goods incorrectly ordered by the customer may be returned for refund, they must be returned in a saleable condition within 7 days at the customer’s expense prior to the issue of a credit note. A restocking fee may be charged. No returns will be accepted after 14 days.
Industry / Group Training Reschedule / Cancellation Guidelines
When an Industry / Onsite booking is cancelled / rescheduled less than 10 business days from course date booked = Full charge of course.
When an Industry / Onsite booking is cancelled less than 20 business days but more than 10 business days from course date booked = Late Reschedule Fee equaling 10% of course.
When an Industry / Onsite booking is cancelled more than 20 business days from course date booked = No Fee.
