For 140 years St John Ambulance Queensland has been dedicated to achieving lifesaving and lifechanging outcomes for the individuals, groups and organisations in the communities we serve.
Our Purpose: In Faith and for Humanity, St John Ambulance Australia’s objective, whether acting alone or in partnership with others, is the provision of charitable, humanitarian and community services to individuals, groups and organisations.
Our Vision: Our vision is to be the charity of choice, dedicated to the service of humanity, enhancing the lives of Queenslanders, and a trusted partner in times of need, a leader in the field of our humanitarian community, health, and First Aid resilience.
Our Mission: With you in times of need, we sustainably serve our community by building capacity, resilience, and wellbeing.
The 25-26 Strategic Plan includes a determined set of initiatives aimed at broadening SJAQ’s reach and deepening its impact within the Queensland community.
The goals outlined in this 12-month plan are pivotal in helping SJAQ achieve its mission. They represent the substance of what must be done to deliver meaningful impact into the Queensland community.
