Ray Thurlow

Ray is an environment, health and safety professional with a global pharmaceutical company and holds the position of EHS Director for its Asia Pacific Region. He has held senior management roles at local, national and global levels. Ray is a Chartered Professional Member of the Safety Institute of Australia, Technical Member of the International Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH), Member of the American Association of Safety Professionals, Deputy Chair/Director of the National Safety Council of Australia Foundation and the Australian Head Delegate of the Asia Pacific Occupational Safety and Health Organisation (APOSHO). Throughout his 30+ years in this field he has dealt with government, semi-government and other local and global stakeholders.

Ray has dedicated over 20 years of volunteer service to St John Ambulance at divisional, regional and State level and held the position Deputy Commissioner. Ray is a member of the Order of St John.
